Shipping

All our products are shipped using Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class. Delivery time 1-2 days approx.  Please see individual listings for shipping prices. If Royal Mail is a bit slow, our Plan B is to use Evri. We are currently shipping to the UK only, however, if you are outside of the UK contact us directly at hello@afrocentric805.com for an individual quote. We will do whatever we can to get that special piece of Afrocentric805 to you.

We will aim to ship our orders within 3 days of purchase although some items may need longer. Please see individual listings for production/delivery times.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt and proof of purchase.
• Let us know the reasons for the return

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting them. 

If your returned item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The credit will be applied to your account within a specific number of days, subject to your card issuer's policies.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
